• Photos You Select: When you use the App's features such as "Age Re-imagined," "Memory Restoration," or "AI Scan & Describe," you need to select photos from your device's photo library. We only access the specific photo(s) you explicitly choose and confirm. We do not proactively scan, access, or collect other photos or media files from your library.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is strictly used for the following purposes:

• Providing AI Image Processing Services: Your selected photo(s) are used to generate the AI effects you request (e.g., age transformation), restore old photos, or generate descriptive text.
• Performing Local or Cloud Processing: To achieve the above functions, photo processing may be completed locally on your device or transmitted via encryption to our secure cloud servers for processing. Upon completion, the result is returned to your device.
• Improving Service Quality (Anonymized): We may collect completely anonymized, non-personally identifiable technical and operational data (such as feature usage frequency, processing speed) to analyze and optimize App performance and user experience.

3. Data Processing and Storage

• Processing Location: As described in the App, all photo processing is performed either locally on your device or on our secure cloud servers.
• Data Retention: We do not store your original or processed photos on our servers. During cloud processing, data is temporarily stored only in encrypted server memory or staging areas and is automatically deleted after the processing task is complete. Data for local processing remains solely on your device.
• Data Security: We employ industry-standard technical and administrative measures (such as encrypted transmission) to protect your data security and prevent unauthorized access.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or photos to any third parties.

5. Your Rights and Control

You always maintain control over your information:

• Access and Deletion: You can manage your original photos and generated result images within your device's photo library.
• Stop Processing: You can stop a processing task at any time by closing the App or disconnecting from the network.
• Revoke Access: You can revoke the App's access to your photo library at any time in your device's system settings.

6. Facial Data Processing Notice

6.1 Function and Data Collection

When you use the "Age Prediction" feature of this application, we will request your authorization to access your device's photo album, allowing you to select a portrait photo. This photo contains necessary facial information and is the only data required to provide this functionality.

6.2 Data Processing and Usage

The photo you select will be encrypted and securely transmitted to our servers. All processes involving facial feature analysis, computation, and the generation of age-prediction images are completed automatically on our secure servers. We commit that the system will not subject your facial data to manual review, nor will it be used for identification, emotion analysis, tracking, or any purpose beyond the explicit scope of this feature.

6.3 Data Sharing

To enable the age prediction functionality, we integrate advanced artificial intelligence processing technology. Throughout this process, all computation and analysis of facial data are completed within our servers. We do not share the facial photos you upload with any third parties.

6.4 Data Storage and Retention Period

• On Your Device: The original photo is stored locally by you at your discretion. Generated prediction result images will be saved to your device's photo album only if you actively click the "Save" button.
• On Our Servers: We do not store the photos you upload. This data is temporarily cached only for the period necessary for encrypted transmission and processing, and it is typically automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after the result is generated.

7. Important Notes and Disclaimer

• AI-Generated Content: As noted in the App, AI generation features like "Age Re-imagined" are for creative and entertainment purposes only. The generated results are algorithmic simulations and are not real predictions or factual statements.
• Copyright Responsibility: Features like "Memory Restoration" do not include copyright verification. You must ensure you hold the appropriate copyrights or legal rights to use the photos you edit. You are solely responsible for the content of the images you upload and edit and must ensure they do not infringe upon any third party's legal rights.
• Children's Privacy: The App is not specifically designed for children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as possible.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will post the updated version within the App and update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
